✭In duels, this set is literal cancer.
The miss chance applies to everything you do. Ground aoe dots, single target dots, direct hits etc you name it. It's ridiculous to activate the destro ult on someone and see 'Miss' for the entire duration of it. Doesn't even make any sense. How can AOE miss?0 -

it's mostly good for folks whom are in a lot of small scale situations...
i got it to use in imperial city, you have to incorporate some well timed blocks, followed by bursts...thought it might work well with my magplar...

Was also a bug with the set being able to proc against multiple enemies in PvP, but not in PvE. Later got fixed, too many people exploiting that ***.

No, ZOS fixed it so it doesnt work on bosses because this set use to be OP AF. Even though it only affects one target, that target would not be able to dmg anyone. Back in the day when the set only went up to level 49, and entire raid wore the set through a trial. Though the set was low level, everyone was blinding eveything so non one ever took any dmg at all. In its own way it's still OP, because once a target is blinded it cant dmg anything for the proc duration.0 -
Blkadr✭✭✭✭So that means it doesn't work at all basically except on trash is what you're all saying. So I guess I'm hunting for a new set to wear, the description should be more specific on the set itself.
