New Players get everything I earned for free..
and
Crank the Damage way up on pretty much everything.

Lets just kill the organized group dynamic in PvP... way to go "CALL OF ESO"
Instead of that balance of DPS, Healers, Tanks and all their variations.... now everyone is close to a burst DPS....

Next game?

so apparently new players get max CP? armor sets? gold? and experience on how to play their class as well as the skills to make the class good? yea did not think so, they scale sure but there is NO WAY IN HELL a new player will be better then a veteran player due to a multitude of reasons. Besides pvp has not been changed much it has always been scaled so that portion is invalid.

It's more that as a healer you need to have some DPS skills learned for solo content, then when you do group content you realise healing is so simple in this game that you may as well spend your time contributing to the group output by using those DPS skills.

I only started healing last week as I wanted to level an alt and I was dreading it, I imagined my team mates would be dropping like flies. I thought it might be a lot tougher to keep my heals up compared to keeping up DPS on my NB, but I could not believe how simple it was.

This game is the best it's ever been from a "stuff to do" perspective.

This game is the worst it's ever been from a "this game is reliant on skill" perspective.

Seriously sick of sets and procs and the Stam meta. When Skyrim comes out I won't be playing this until the balancing team do their jobs. @Wrobel

I was wrong, somewhat..... was having quite a bit of fun in PvP (tentative), and dueling is fine.

However, I am not wrong about the offensive PvP.
It is evident from the past year or two that the goal of ZOS is to kill people quicker. Most of these new sets are not fully applied to the PvP dynamic yet, so it's hard to tell.

That said.... the biggest problem right now is you can't tell your in some of these massive damage attacks until it's too late.
Destro Staff for example, if your in it.... you can't see it. Same with Dawnbreaker actually. From the outside looking in it, it;s visible.. but if your caught in a fire storm you should be able to readily see it.

and yes, I run vet trials, I run vet dungeons.... I don't do speed runs, I'm not a competitive trial guy---- , I am a group PvP player. The only thing I really have trouble tanking through is Cradle of Shadows, because I don't have the stam or stam regen to get out of the way.

Proc sets should not work in PvP; certain skills probably shouldn't either. Hell, I don't step foot in PvP and I agree with most of the complaints I read here. Of course I would also like ZoS to do something THE RIGHT WAY about this because I'm tired of having PvE jacked-up due to problems in PvP. Beating a dead horse here but: ZoS, ya'll need to either disable certain things in PvP area or separate it entirely, whichever is easiest, but something needs to be done!

LOL what? What did I just read? I certainly want to see you PvP players try to complete vMOL on hard mode... lets see how easy it becomes... or maybe go complete veterans ICP or ROM. Yeah I don't think it's all that easy.

PvP standpoint sounds incredibly boring. All you do is fight for some stupid Elder scrolls and fight for Territory. and then some player get lucky and gets crowned as Emperor/Empress. In fact it makes no sense whatsoever considering the fact that we play as a faction. We are fighting on the behalf of our Queen/Kings.

I'm sorry that I'm earning stuff that you had to work for, "for free". This update actually allows new players to enjoy the game with out having to ask veteran players for help. If we do ask for help now, you may actually get something out of it. So you're more inclined to help me if I ask for it.

The thing about MMORPG's is if new people stop coming to it, then the game goes the way of the dodo bird. Lots of new players are coming to the game, it's more enjoyable now. This update allows maxed level players to earn something while helping their friends play, or help random low levels. It brought the community together. I don't know why that's such a bad thing.. Do you?

Since world of warcraft has literally gutted itself and is just a shell of what it used to be, lots of WoW players are seeking games where questing means something and it isn't all about "rushing to end game to raid and raid for 40 hours a week to earn gear that you're going to replace in the next update/expansion." that mentality is getting old. I highly doubt I'm the only Veteran WoW player that's given up on WoW to play ESO. Heck, I even re-installed Lord of the Rings Online.. They just released a new update as well.. but i can't justify paying $15/month playing that game so.. free content only gets so far.

I'm really enjoying ESO and I wish you could see that changes that bring in new players is a good thing for any mmorpg. Don't look at it as "we're getting your hard earned stuff for free" think of it as we're coming to play with you and have fun.

I don't get what all of the fuss about new players is. Ok so they may get a set drop from a set that didn't drop there before. Big Deal! That piece is going to be a level 10 piece, not very good for too long. They are still going to have to level their characters, gain skills, cps. Nothing in this game is handed to you ever. PvP has been scaled since the game came out, I really don't get it. Is it just something to *** about because this update is killer and their really arent any bugs to worry about? We just gotta rag on something?
