Jubilee Cake build

So you will want an Orc for Speed stam sorc for more speed, warhorn for more stamina rapids for more speed plus speed and stamina potions.
Starting thinking about this during trials runs last night, I put a cake in front of every door and sometimes in front of switches. I would watch the fight while participating then when it looks like there is around 20 seconds remaining drop a cake in front of the door finish fighting and wait for the inevitable damnit how the hell did you get that cake here? I just need the cool down on the cake to be a little shorter that and be able to use it in Cyrodil.
Anyone want to expand on the Jubilee Cake build?
