ESO Crown Store, Limited Time Items Return?

So, I am kinda new and I did see some costumes I wanted (including the three heroes from the cinematic) as well as a couple mounts I thought were cool. I saw them online befor eplaying, but I do not see them in the crown store, from what I read and can guess, they were limited time (alliance costumes, shadowy wolf mount, etc.). So my question is, do they ever return to the crown store?

Also, what is the point of making them limited time? I literally had my credit card out to buy a few thousand crowns ($100 worth lol) and noticed that everything I wanted to buy was no longer for sale. The devs took all that time to make awesome things for the crown store and just takes them off instead? Why? Why not leave all the work they did in the store for future players to have a chance to buy? Seems kind of dumb, considering I am this new player who wanted to buy quite a few things and none of them are for sale lol.

Will I have a chance to buy them some other day or is this it?

They say the items are on a rotation and will come back at some point in time, either through the crown store or loot crates.

The reason they put items on a limited release is to create a sense of limited supply and that we have to buy these items or else we lose them forever. Gives more incentive to buy, especially when they mega jack up the price of something to sell more.

Ahh, ok, makes sense. For them it backfired in this particular instance because a buddy of mine just started playing as well and we both intended to buy a few things from the store but they are not there lol. Which in this case, since we are newer players, they are losing out on our money because we were not here when the limited releases were out lmao.

Not a big deal, I do not need to buy the mounts and costumes to have fun. Thing is, I WOULD have bought them if they were available for sale lmao. I guess it is their loss for a few small sales, not sure they care much. But my real wonder was they invested time and money into making mounts and costumes just to remove them after a few days lol. Seems wiser to fill the crown store with loads of items so new and current players can buy what they want when they want, but hey it aint my business model.

I am was not here so never saw this Zombie horse but if it is indeed coming back then that is a good thing
