Much apologies. Not on now...but a few of the blue Oceanics are still a bit salty from yesterday's yellow push. Sun morning Oceanic is Sat night NA. But time for my afternoon nappy nappy. @maxjapank I appreciate you giving some backstory and being a good sport! If your comments are referring to around Friday 7pm-1pm PST (I think the early period you are referring to for Oceanics) then yes, AD did end the night pushing DC pretty hard. Here's what happened from my perspective as I was leading a COH group at that time:
We started the night by reclaiming our home keeps from DC and EP in a map situation very similar to what Telel just posted from yesterday. Just to reiterate, that's a couple days in a row where at least for a period almost all AD home keeps are claimed by red and blue.
On Friday, after we reclaimed our home keeps, most of the night was occupied with DC and AD both prodding each other to find a weakness by striking at different keeps here and there at pretty much a stalemate. But eventually, AD had an opportunity to take both Glademist and Ash.
I was still leading a COH at that time, and once we took Glade and the score evaluation passed, we finished the night happy that we had done our part to influence the score, at least by a small amount, and figured we had inflicted enough damage on DC for now. Despite the fact that DC still had both of AD's scrolls, at this point COH disbanded our group, figuring that the rest of AD had enough momentum and could get our scrolls back before DC started reclaiming their territory.
So a strong push against DC came in the context of 1) You had both our scrolls and 2) You are still ahead in the campaign score by a significant margin. No hard feelings!
Historical Context
When it comes to "who drew the first blood" in terms of who first pushed the other faction to their gates, it's really an impossible thing to say and use to justify any further aggression. I know one might have a different perspective on the account I have written below if you're in a different faction, but at least from where I sit this is how I feel the campaign has progressed:
1. Campaign starts - AD is immediately tag teamed and falls behind in score. Despite DC having won the previous campaign, the memory of AD's 3 consecutive campaign wins is still fresh in people's minds. Red and blue is understandably interested in keeping AD in check.
2. Weekend of 10/1-10/2 and days preceeding AD somehow gets a low population bonus, either because we didn't have a night crew for a few nights in a row, or because the low pop bonus was bugged. Regardless, thanks to the low population bonus AD keeps pace with EP and DC.
3. Week of 10/3 DC/EP justifiably become skeptical, puts on their tinfoil hats and begins circulating pamphlets that argue there is an AD illuminati conspiracy to exploit the low pop bonus. They then proceed to tag team AD harder out of fear that we are going to pull far ahead - fair enough!
4. Weekend of 10/8-10/9 Meanwhile, the grouping bug happens. DC has strong players/groups online during this entire weekend - despite the grouping bug - and dominate the southern part of the map to gain a 1,200 point advantage. Good job!
5. Weekend of 10/15-10/16 and days preceeding At this point AD is now significantly behind. AD understandably focuses on hitting DC as hard as we can to catch up in score.
I write this not to place blame in any direction.... nothing I'm describing is "unfair" it's just how I see the campaign having progressed. AD pushing DC, DC pushing AD, EP pushing whomever - it's all justified and takes place in the context of a 30 day campaign with some backstory and a score that takes days and weeks to develop.
Anyhow, good fights all! Look forward to getting in there and butting heads some more

Never! I play to have fun. Sometimes we get pushed and the blood boils. But eventually we muster our forces and push back. It's a constant war. And it's a game. Don't get mad, we gave our Japanese Independent Contractors a 6% fee increase in exchange for increased tasks mostly related to early morning map capture. This helps free the employees and management to help keep wayrest free from dirty elf and drunk tourists.

You get one brownie. You never saw the EP and DC fight at Chalman so it likely was just PVDoored while ALL the bloops were at Roe fighting a the couple of dozen AD who actually are on the server to PVP.
The icons at Bleakers, Dragon and Bruma were actually Dumbminion players trying to break up the dozens on dozens of bloops and griffs pushing down south.
In fact the griffs seemed more intent on capturing the Dumbminion's scroll keeps than they did in retaking Chalman. Despite the former not having scrolls to guard, and the latter being one of their own home keeps.
That particular group made for tasty AP once they had to fight groups roughly half their size.

Yesterday evening while our guildmaster Telel was enjoying some well-deserved R&R soloing in Cyrodil (vs. herding a bunch of unruly werewolves around some of which have trouble listening), the rest COH took bleakers to cut off DC and help Red reclaim the Chalamo.
For now at least I'd like Red to be able to hold onto their northern territories.

Please minno. Anyone can look at a map. I imagine even EP could win a campaign if they were ignored by an entire faction for 90% of the day. The 10% of the day I actually see EP push the north keeps all I ever see is DC back at the tri keeps same as AD. And DC is still locked at those times.2 -

Looks like EP just wants second place. DC has a decent amount of players hitting chal all the time (you've seen them around bleaks). Even if Ash is taken, DC still hits chal lol.

But overall, you are looking at a "buddy cop comedy" involving saramis and SG. Rest are smaller groups/players doing their best against Pact militia, mano's group, haxus, etc. We did have fengrush on hitting AD at nikel with his small group one night and helping the DC try to stop the EP main forces at bleaks.
