PS4 update time?

Does anyone know when the PS4 update will happen cause for some reason my automatic update doesn't work I have to start the game for it to download the update. I live in California anyone know what time it will be for us?

3 A.M is the downtime, I'm in California too.
So tomorrow early morning.
Probably take a couple of hours to finish. So maybe between 6-7 A. M at the latest.
