✭No, dueling should be allowed (almost) anywhere!Having ten different polls asking the same thing does not provide accurate data. The loud and persistent minority will continue to make polls until one is in their favor, and thus negates the purpose of polling.
One poll with a large sample size is far more reliable.1 -

Kinda silly some want it and others don't and then there are those who have differing opinions on the orig Nap two yes or no groups.
Duels should occur in areas whether it be in a town or not, BUT I personally feel one of two options are best.
1. After accepting a duel anywhere, players are phased into their own instance for a few seconds and they fight after a loading screen which removes all buffs from other players. They'd remain in that phases until they wish to stop dueling the player.
2. Each zone would have one or two designed duel zones chosen by ZOS
It's pretty simple in my opinion but most developers just add dueling with no thought otherwise.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
