As iv'e played the game in years i'm wondering if the lfg tool works now. Meaning can u find a grp with it in a reasonable amount of time?

Just like any game a dps will need to wait for the queue to pop since dps are a dime a dozen when it comes to 4 man content.

But the GF does work decent. Certainly better than the lame excuse of a GF we had at launch.

Healers and tanks get faster queue pops at the cost of not getting into as many trials.

Players to low for the normal dungeon cannot queue for it. It might take a br longer but that's life. Don't like it, don't use the GF to find a group.

I've cleared mumtiple normal dungeons post 1T with lowbies. Even a few times with sub lvl 20 healers. Don't stand in stupid. Let the tank actually start the pull, especially on bosses and its fine. The basic play smart way to approach a dungeon. Maybe explain some boss fights if needed.

Point 1 and 3 above are the most irritating. Point 3 is unavoidable, there are more dps players in the game than tanks and healers. Point 1 though, is a kickable offense IMAO. I've been grouped w players who queue all 3 roles, but are only prepared to dps. I've seen 'tanks' who do not have a taunt, and 'healers' who have no healing. That's why I've started queueing as tank, and I am prepared to take on that role. Although many of the dungeons can be completed w 3 dps/1 healer or even 4 dps, or 2 or 3 manned or soloed by some players, that does not ensure that the group that you going to get with GF is prepared to adapt to your playstyle. As for as low level players participating in group dungeons, I am much more forgiving. I have done successful training runs on all the 4-man dungeons in the game. All is takes is some patience and a willingness to explain fight mechanics. Something that some players unfortunately do not possess. level or CP attainment is not necessarily an accurate reflection of player ability. I've been grouped with high cp players who struggled with norm dungeons (usually blaming other players as they failed) and done vet dungeons flawlessly with low CP players, even ones that needed the mechanics explained to them.

As far as time required to find group with Gf. I can usually get group in 1-5 min when I queue as tank and if I queue as dps, it's a crapshoot. I have not been queueing as healer lately, but that should be a quicker queue time, but not as fast as tank.
