If you get kicked, you should be able to queue a new group with no wait

If you get kicked, you should be able to queue a new group with no 15 mins wait. If you leave the group, then you have to wait 15 mins to queue a new one. I suggest ZOS add this rule into next patch. What do you think, guys?

I think ZoS needs to do more work on the group finder than just removing the wait time. From my personal experience it happens more often that a kick is justified (e.g. a stamina nb that doesn't even have vigor joining as healer) than that people try to kick a group member just because he has a low level.

In my opinionthe following things need to be done:
    - We need some kind of description that gives players an idea how difficult dungeons are. How should a new player know that CoS is noticably harder than banished cells or wayrest?
    - The random group finder should put people only in dungeons that are slightly more difficult than the most difficult one they completed so far. No more putting people into CoS as their first dungeon or vCoS as their first vet dungeon.
    - Some kind of karma system. e.g. If someone successfully completed his last run in a dungeon of similar difficulty on the same role, he can't be kicked for X (5?) minutes unless he disconnects.

That's the way it should've been implemented in the first place
