Cant change account email address

Hi
I have switched ISP's and want to change my account email address, however I cannot log into my account since it sends a confirmation email to my old email address which i no longer have access too....
I have tried the knowledge base but all links lead to pages that require me to log in and confirm my email....

Hello Synfaer, How what did you do to figure it out? I tried doing the account recovery via support stating my problem but haven't heard from support since then. Thanks in advance!

Luckily I forgot that I changed my account email address, so I could still get confirmation codes.

There is definitely a serious flaw in ZOS support pages though, as you cannot change your email if you no longer have access to your primary email account that is attached to your ZOS account. The link provided in the knowledge base is useless since it also asks for a confirmation code sent to your account email contact.
So you have to have access to your email account to change it.......which doesn't help if you need to change your email if you can't access it....

Unfortunately this means that you have to pray for the forum support to contact you if you loose access to your account email.

@StoneSlayer or any one else experiencing a similar issue. If you are having trouble submitting a ticket because you can not receive your access code. You can follow the instuctions found here. Please be sure to use an email where we can reach you if you no longer have access to the one associated with your account.
