Vampire feed bug

I don't have any skill point in vampire feeding, but when I sneak up on NPCs, in order to steal or assassinate, I always get the vampire feed pop up, which interrupts my timing, and it's the third time I debuffed my vampire skills by accidentally hitting "feed" instead of steal or assassinate, so please fix this for those of us who prefer to be 100 % vampires all the time.

I presume you mean that the Blade of Woe is attached to the same button as the vampire feed? It's been an issue for very long now.. I don't know of a way to work around it.

It isn't a bug. The blade of woe and the vampire feeding activate on different distances. You will get the hang of it eventually, it takes a bit of practice. Alternatively, if you are on PC, there is an add-on called "Vampire's Woe" to prevent feeding when trying to use the Blade of Woe.

And pickpocketing activates with a different key.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

I'd also suggest using "Vampire's Woe", if you are on PC. It can disable vampire feeding generally (or toggled on/off by a key press), so it doesn't interfere with Blade of Woe. But you will still be able to bite other players, without having to toggle vamp feeding, if you don't want it in normal gameplay.

Had a pause from the game, but a year ago I got rid of the feed pop up by not having a skill point in "feed". ESO should return to how it was. Reduced immersion when getting two pings and two pop ups before the Blade of Woe option is available.

The feed ability in your Vampirism tree is a combat ability and the ability to feed on NPC's to is to effect your buff, not actual combat ability.

I don't know why it has the same icon and name though, it's two different things. One is used for combat to stun and steal health, while the other is to reduce vampirism stage.
Dragonborn, huh? Was it your ma or your pa that was the dragon?

Hmm, I've always been vamp, and can almost swear that I earlier, when playing before IC, disabled the debuff feed pop up by not putting any skill point in feed at the vamp tree. Has this changed now, or has my dear vampire been hallucinating the whole time when sneaking around earlier?

It's a narrow margin of error and it makes killing quickly difficult. So many dark brotherhood quests failed because I decided to stand up and drink blood surrounded by enemies.
