Please give us a way to disable the skeleton look of the Witchmother's event memento

Some of us really do dislike that look and still want to have the extra experience gain. There isn't even a way to cancel the effects and revert back to my look without disabling the exp bonus as well. This is vastly different from our last event; eating a cake granted us the same experience boost with none of the visual annoyance.

No you may not have your cake and eat it. It is the price of greed ;-)

Say please, before you AAAAAaaaarrrgghhh at me.

Oh ***, I play dungeons with the OP. Sorry brah. My opinion is now changed. :P

Yea, the costume override can be a little annoying, but it's only three weeks. Get the xp while you can. :D

yes, got to admit, when id finished farming for skulls I found I had to stay as the skeleton. I didn't mind losing the xp gain, I'd just had enough running around like I was on a weight watchers diet

problem came apparent when I wanted to see what the hollowjack armour I'd crafted looked like and it wouldn't show

I like the fact that if you want the 100% boost you have to look silly. I loaded in last night and there were skeletons running around everywhere at the Dolmen - it was actually quite funny because I didn't even know about the event at the time. Heh.

    Most inadequate parallel ever.
This is not a job which you get paid for, this is a game which you pay to play. Thus the exact opposite.
There's nothing wrong for asking to be able to have fun while not looking ugly.

First thing.. This aint a Pay2Play game, you can subscribe and get benefits, but not Pay2Play.
Second thing.. The whole idea of the event is that you get the Skulls by drinking the potion and become a skeleton. I admit while the skeleton aint as good looking as my non-transformed character this is equal for EVERYONE.. We all have to look silly for this thing.. Deal with it!

Equip any disguise and the skeleton look will be gone.
    Servan't robe for example
    Auri-El is my lord,
    Trinimac is my shield,
    Magnus is my mind.

First thing... I didn't say it was a P2Play game, I said it's a game you have to pay (as in "to buy" = to spend money to access) to play. I assume you have or someone has paid for you to buy the game. Thus it's a game you have to pay to play. Which makes it the exact opposite of a job in which you get paid to work. Therefore your parallel is inadequate.
Second thing... has nothing to do with your parallel.
Third thing... I don't have to deal with it because there's a workaround by using disguises.
So all your points are invalid, in fact.

wow really it is just an event, wont be here forever, I thought I had heard and seen everything then something new comes along, I am not a fan of the look myself but I will do it, for it is the season for a little creepiness, I guess if I hated to much I just would not take part in the event. /facepalm

It's not a "little thing". Imagine a new player forced to do most vanilla quests in a skeleton form... I was sickened with skeleton and jester morphs before, and now they are EVERYWHERE! I can't bear to think it's going to be like this for another two weeks.

P.S. I hope most people find the motif as disguisting as i do, skeleton for 2 weeks are bad enough, but if everyone and his mother will be hanging around in THAT for MONTHS i think i gonna quit.

Promise? Personally, I like the morph. It gets the spirit of the event and I think they out did themselves.

I'm not prejudiced; I hate everyone equally !

Well story wise you are willingly drinking something that curses you to a Reaper sort of appearence. On a superficial level it would be nice to toggle it off. But hey, you wanted power and you got it at a price. Even if that power is really just 100% exp boost.

Meh, don't really mind walking around like a skeleton while doing this.

Only gripe I have with it is that it doesn't look good with the Commander personality (slow) walking animation, just like with other robes/Daedric Light Legs

I liked being a "scary spooky skeleton" for an hour or so. After that, I simply used a disguise. Not a perfect solution, I know, but at least I don't get lost among the hordes of undead doing dolmens for jewelry and skulls lol.
