Cradle of shadows run down

Could anyone give me some pointers on the run down of mechanics for cradle of shadows? Really wanna get the monster helm but dont wanna go into dungeon blind.


Also if anyone knows any good pve dungeon guilds that could help me with this, that would be great.

    Certainly.

    Not going to list names, cant remember them.

    First minor boss. Takes place in the dark with braziers, surrounded by spiders. Go heavy on the AOE, migrate when she shuts off the braziers.

    First major boss. For tanks, shes a incredibly annoying boss. She'll do a windup oneshot, single target, then an AOE which is also a oneshot that everyone needs to roll out of. Upon doing this, she'll teleport, and windup a groupwide CC ability. She needs to be interrupted before she gets it off, or she'll do it and summon adds to overwhelm you. Occasionally she'll shut off a brazier lining her room.

    Second minorr boss. Repeat of the last bosses AOE one shot with a pull beforehand. Interrupt when feeding on corpses to prevent healing.

    Second major boss. The assassin. The boss will do three things. One. An AOE style sweeping attack the tank must block and is a oneshot. Two. He'll teleport and start slashing people, leaving daedric mines behind. (The audio queue is, "Who will be the weak link?" or "Boo"). Third. At the end of his mine attack, he will paralize the tank, and leave two copies that must be interrupted to free the tank, so he can block the oneshot.

    On top of this, at certain health percentages, the boss will become invincible and summon copies that must be killed, or the tank must pull him over to them so he can absorb them. While this phase goes, AOE will radiate from the center.

    Final boss: Velindreth. One minor mechanic. She'll do a oneshot mighty chudan style, and do a armorbreak directly after it. She can also steal ultimate, with an interruptable attack, and apply a weakness and defile debuff, with a conal fille attack. (The audio queue is "Chop, or fille?") It is advised, that the tank or healer run purge to keep these from *** the party.

    Major mechanics. At points, she will clime to the ceiling. (Audio queue: "Dont move a muscle") The players must remain still, wait until she is about to drop, then dodgeroll to keep from being impaled. Moving too early gets you impaled. Not rolling gets you impaled.

    She will regularly release orbs that imply heavy resource drain. The drain is tailor made to the greatest number of resources between the party. If the majority is Magicka DPS, she will release magicka orbs.

    At certain health percentages, she will incur a move sending players into a maze of darkness. Players, Both DPS usually, need to carry a synergy from defeated flesh atro's in order to carry light and keep the snare at bay. This will also highlight traps in the maze, with red. The players are tasked with geting to the center. Players who die in the maze, are left dead back in the boss arena. It is not advised to rez them unless you absolutely have no other choice.
