Refashioning of Looted Items

Okay so I had an idea. It would be great if we could take looted items and refashion them so that we can change the style and/or the trait in them to a new one. This would allow people to get the dropped sets they like, and retain their style and trait combos. It would also bridge a bit of the gap in the crafted and looted sets a little bit.
This would only work for looted items that had not previously been modified
Note that Imperial Account holders can already modify the style of an Item to Imperial so the basic functionality of style mod is already there.
I mocked up a screen shot to show what it would look like in game.
