Overland set locations?

Is there a page or article somewhere that has a loot table for the overland gear sets, what drops where, and maybe something that has which gear to look for that has higher demand over others? I've Google but can't seem to find it, and I've searched threads here and haven't found what I'm looking for.

I'm having trouble printing this @Mady , do you have any suggestions on how I can print the entirety or transfer it to some other program and print it out?

Amazing addon for in game, Itemization Browser. It is a key bind, pull it up and it lists all the sets in game, crafted and dropped and where to find it.
