A Few Questions About My Build

So I have a few questions about how I should make my stam sorc build:
1. How is heavy armor compared to medium?
2. What good sets could a really poor person get his hands on?
3. Can I still compete if I'm only cp310?
4. Is bound armor worth slotting?
5. Dawnbreaker, or 2h ultimate?

If you could answer at least a few of these questions it would help me out a lot.

1. Imo pretty equal - medium better resource management, heavy less damage. The damage output of both (depending on circumstances) are pretty even
2. Crafted sets - can you make em? Someone else can too, pretty cheap usually. Hundlings, TBS, EH
3. Yes you can
4. I do not slot that - but a lot do

1. Heavy all the way now, its current meta and not without reason
2. Black rose is easy to get for tel var stones but so many sets you can farm easy now in one tamriel

4. Its good in certain builds but hard to loose to slots in others. your choice
5. i still prefer db but havent fiddle to much with 2h ulti yet

1.I go 7 heavy. Its awesome
2. Black Rose. Way of Fire.
3. Go NO CP campaign. Stamsorcs are king of resources due to OP dark deal.
4. Depends on build. Do you need HP and Stam regen? It is a free choice
