Are Golden Vendor Items bugged?

I just wasted 500k AP buying Ring of the Viper thinking that I can sell it for some gold as the last weeks ring were all BoE. However, I just realized while trying to sell the ring that it is BoP. Ring of the Shadow is BoE. Is there a bug? If not I want my 500k AP back

1T changed viper gear. They drop in fungal grotto and now follow the dungeon drop meta of being bind on pickup. Not sure if this is the same for trial drops, or if it still drops in trials. I got a sharpened viper mace yesterday in fungal grotto and it was BoP.Jaiden V16 nightblade

✭✭All dungeon and trial sets are BOP, similar with dreugh king now dropping from dungeon instead of trials.
There is nothing wrong, probably you did not read patch notes or were unaware about this set drop location.0
