Theres no way you can say that you waltzed into every single dungeon ever and knew the mechanics immediately. Everyone needs to learn somehow, and preventing them from learning until they hit level 50 isn't going to help.

True,however not everyone feels like teaching,best advice is join a guild and you will see less of a problem.the finder smashes people together,where as in a guild you can be sure people know how things go,or least can understand it better.

If you don't want to teach, do not PUG. Run with guildies if you want pros.
