Where is Savior's Hide found in One Tamriel?

I'm a console player and Savior's Hide is one of the first sets I'm going after once One Tamriel arrives. Unfortunately I cannot find any information on where it may be obtained. It does not seem to be listed in the PTS notes anywhere.

This wiki has some information about the set, but it doesn't seem to be updated for One Tamriel:

One other question:
Does the Hide of the Werewolf set generate ultimate while you are in Werewolf form?

You answered your own question. The link you gave says Malabal Tor, which is an AD zone originally.

And no, you can't generate ultimate while in Werewolf form. Once you leave werewolf form, your ultimate will be at 0.

Are you sure that the information from that wiki is correct, though?

PTS 6.0 listed the locations that sets would drop in. Savior's Hide was not listed on the Malabal Tor drop zone nor anywhere else.

I just double checked, yes. The Salvation set, which is this set, will continue to drop in Malabal Tor.

Oh good catch, it's not in the list of medium anymore when you sort by medium sets http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Medium+Armor+Sets, so maybe it doesn't drop anymore.
