Is the new dye Crown Store only?

You can still dye for free... with all dyes unlockable in the game. This one isn't.

This. It's not exactly a lie, but not completely the truth. It's a Zos area, like a grey area but more disappointing.

This. It's not exactly a lie, but not completely the truth. It's a Zos area, like a grey area but more disappointing.
