There's definitely something wrong, and it happened just as I was about to subscribe as well.

The original options were $14.99 for 1 month, $13.99 for three months, and I think $12.99 for six.

Now it says $39.99 for one month and the other options are blank... are they raising the prices? Just my luck.

It seems all the options' prices have been blended together in one option though. It must be a glitch.

I'm seeing the same thing. £26.79 for 30 days, or £0.00 for 90 or 180 days.

I went all the way through to the point where you put in card details and it was still showing £0.00 for 180 days. I didn't go any further because I don't actually want ESO plus so I didn't want to risk being charged the normal amount (or more).

This really needs to be fixed ASAP. As I understand it under UK law (from experience working in retail, I am not a lawyer) because it shows that price on the Order Confirmation at the point of sale (and even in the small print underneath) it's illegal to charge a different amount when the purchase goes through. Meaning customers could insist that ZOS has to refund their money and give them the free subscription time it started on the Order Confirmation.

Even if it is legal it could lead to a lot of unhappy customers. Games giving away freebies is not unheard of (especially during special events) and considering the sales on crown packs have never had anything to specify it's a sale price I could see players thinking this is the same thing.

It's only the increased price for the 30 day sub that makes me think it's not intentional.

lol I don't know about in other industries, but in banking the most internationally used abbreviation for the Canadian dollar is CAD (for the US dollar it's USD, New Zealand is NZD, Australian is AUD, Sterling is GBP, Euro is EUR, etc).

So CAD/mo would be Canadian dollars per month...

If you cancel a reoccurring subscription you still get the remaining time.

For example I set up a sub and cancelled it the same day (because I didn't see a single payment option) and I still received the full 30 days. So if you're worried about how much you're charged it may be best to cancel it for now and then set it up again once it's fixed.

I wouldn't recommend buying a sub however, especially a 30 day one. As I understand it at least under UK law they would be under no obligation to refund you. Although they might be able to charge you the correct amount for the ones that are showing as free.

The reason that I suggested that no account changes be done is that you never know what it might do to your account. It is obvious that something is wrong. It is not a correct approach to assume anything done to the account will work properly. The best thing to do is just leave it alone until whatever is bugged about it has been fixed. This ensures the smallest possible window of opportunity for damage to your account should carnage happen.

The only exception to that would be if you knew they were going to charge you today and were worried that they might charge you wrong. Even then, the better course of action would be to take it up with Support, if something gets messed up.

Moot point as they have taken the system down. I have lost count of how many times this account system has been down in the last week or two. Wonder what it is they are doing that is pushing out so many problems. Probably up to no good. Seems to be a theme.

Thank you. I really wanted to buy some crown packs to get the new motif and kinda panicked when I saw this. Was using mobile site and switched to desktop to find the same thing. Hopefully it will be resolved by the time I get off work
