Issue with Sun's Dusk Reaper title
How can a second character obtain this title? One of the requirements for the title is to complete the Witchmother's Bargain quest which holds the Reaper's Harvest achievement. This can only be done once, on one character. Unless there is another way, which I can't find.
I tried re-purchasing the Crow Collar from the crown store on a different character to get the quest again, but you can't, since you've 'already purchased it' on your account.
I really doubt this was the intention. Will there be a fix for this? If so, it'll need to happen quickly. We only have 2 weeks.

✭✭✭✭✭Weird, I was able to buy it on two different characters just fine.
Did you use it on one of your characters before using on the other? I finished the quest on one character then I purchased it on another.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
