I crafted a Hollowjack helmet. I named it Skylar.

Now I hate it as that's the worst possible name and I regret my decision.

we were able to name our crafted items and items we enchanted also, in both morrowind and in skyrim, i loved it.
so "Yes" this definitely an Awesome Idea!

i hope zen allows this.

naming crafted items would be nice, but it could work only for the crafter, as otherwise for example for potions (I requested that), if you would buy 10 potions from various crafters who each of them would give their potion some unique name, you would not be able to stack in your bank or inventory

some addon allowing it at least for the crafter would be nice

It could be a nightmare policing the item names, not sure ZOS would want that hassle.

Or they change all gear to start with tha actual set name and not Jerkin of .....

Last option would be some search function that let you search and sort the different sets. It's hell finding my stuff these days.

Had to make a list since all the gear is spread over 9 characters.
