Destro Ulti + Liquid Lightning Bug

After using this Ulti ( Storm ) and then trying to use liquid lightning I get the AoE circle to cast LL but I also get the Ulti circle and LL doesn't cast

This has happened more than once so I know it can be replicated, only way to fix it is to swap bars, I've also sent a ticket in game

These ground target aoes are too clunky to use. More than often I end up casting them twice in a row without intending so I'd rather use elemental blockade until they fix it.
