Returning Player... Where to start?!

It's been quite a while since I last played. I was Veteran 16, before the removal of the veteran system. A lot of things have changed... Where do you recommend a returning player such as myself start? I know its a broad question, but I'd like to fully get back into the game!
I'm also NA / PC / Ebonheart Pact so if there are any good guilds looking for a returning player that wouldn't mind a bit of questions thrown their way, that would be awesome as well!

✭If you didn't play wrothgar, it's a great zone with good quests and maelstrom arena will whip you into shape, lol. Check out the world boss dailies in kvatch (Gold Coast). Everybody is doing those for expensive motifs to sell. And with sixteen new monster sets plus dozens of drop sets scaled to 160, there's going to be a lot of that when 12 hits.0
