I don't know if they should just all be toned down, not scale with cp, have a cool down, have a more complex proc system (even as "complex" as kena 2 piece), have probabilities more in line with class based proc chance, some combination of these? I don't know but it needs to be reevaluated.
Soul assault really needs to be looked at, because "just block it" isn't a worthwhile counter.
Heavy armor should be looked at, even if it means decreasing dmg leveling factors but increasing survivability.
Dark deal is in need of a tweak lower, not a nerf.
Poisons basically need to be halved across the board.
There is just so much that, at least from my opinion, needs to be reworked or looked at.

It is so boring just watching procs go off to either kill you, or they run away till they have ultimates and procs ready. The group bug has also been a huge killer for us, one that should've been fixed during the PTS. There is no reason for something so detrimental to the game to be released, it is sloppy and it is lazy.
One thing in common they all said before leaving, "1.5 was much better than this crap!"
I too do not like the direction the game is heading.

Templars, instead of one OP skill everyone complains about, had a half dozen broken skills.
Let's not pretend 1.5 was perfect for everyone. There are pluses, and minuses, then as now. What you prefer largely depends on your playstyle I guess.

I'm trying to figure out if you're pointing out good things or if you think they're bad things. I suppose 1.5 wasn't good for the people who slotted the entire weapon skill line on their bar. That's about it. Every class had a viable spec, and some had more than one. There's no question about play style. Just because your RP sword and shield build that you came up with when levelling didn't work, that doesn't mean you couldn't play a tank on any class. Tanks were viable, ranged was viable, melee was viable. If you didn't like 1.5 pvp it was either due to the massive bugs, or you wanted to RP and realized your RP build sucked.

ESO 1.5 was my favorite game of all time. I played it an unhealthy amount that affected my real life where I struggled going to work on time. Now, I can thank ZOS for destroying their game, so I can easily say gtg work in the morning and log out and not think twice about it and not wish I was playing more. Thanks ZOS, you made me into your target audience casual player. Bonus points is you get to laugh about people still being tryhards in this game.
1.5 > all

Let me guess, you ran the blob meta?
Real quick, every class has a viable spec now, I play many of them.
Oh and RP builds, I have an unarmed khajiit build I've been running since before 1.5. I update him after every major update. He's great.
Maybe the reason some of you cling nostalgically to your old meta is because you never branched out, so you never learned to adapt.
