Fixing Prosperous and Training

I have some ideas,
Training can reduce the cost of your skills by X% (or just the cost of weapon and armor skills) in addition to experience increase, becouse you train with weapon and armour.
Prosperous can increase the resource pools stamina/magicka/health by X% (or just the stamina/health/magicka gain from that item) in addition to gold gain increase, becouse having a lot of resources is being a prosperous.
These will make them like impenetrable, because impenetrable has a combat benefit (critical resistance) and a non-combat benefit (reduced durability loss).
Training and prosperous can also be merged and a new effect can be added like how inpenatreble (only critical resistance) merged with the old effect of sturdy (reduced durability loss) and sturdy gained a new effect (reduced Block cost).

    The percentages of the additions I want doesn't need to be high, but something has to be done. If there isn't going to be an addition, atleast their numbers should be increased, especialy the prosperous trait needs to be buffed.

    I'd rather see them give some other utility. Make prosperous a gather/crafter trait that gives a bonus to gathering/refining etc. And training can give a chance at greater loot drops, ideal for people starting who would appreciate income/decon & research opportunities from extra loot drops. Extra loot chance would also benefit people grinding dungeons for gear, as they would be fairly comfortable with the dungeons, other trait bonuses would not be as important.
