For Aussies, it will be 1am AEDT/12amAEST, 12:30amACDT/11:30pmACST, 10pmAWST (because daylight savings only affects some states)

Am i right in the following?

To do all this you have to download the free whistle/horn thing from crown store. Blow it, which summons a cauldron. The cauldron then polymorphs you into an undead creature.

If you take down a boss (which bosses im not sure) while polymoprphed, the bosses drop a skull. The skull is like a treasure box that can contain the special goodies?

is all that right? need help with which bosses drop skulls

Correct!

And as far as bosses.... Any and all monsters that are identified as bosses count and will drop skulls.

Dolmens, delves, overworld, etc. etc.

EDIT: Also, almost forgot...
While polymorphed, we'll get a two hour 100% XP buff (which can be re-cast as much as you want during the event) just like the cake did during that event. Afterwards, the morph losses it's juice and is just a momento.

brilliant. This is my first event so not sure what to expect.

Re the bosses, wasn't sure if it was dungeon or dailes only. So if i do dolmens or world bosses does it have to be ones you haven't already beaten or can I go back to ones ive already killed? ( reason I ask is I notice repeated boss/dolmens don't drop goodies or chests)

I'm hoping it's world bosses as well as lower level characters or people like me who don't do group play will miss out. Hopefully it's both.

As far as I've heard it will be ANY and ALL boss mobs.

Doesn't matter one bit if you've already beaten them, met them, or ever even seen them at all before!

Kill it and receive your skull candy!

Be sure to check out the "achievements" tab under "Holiday Events"! There are a number of fun things to do through-out the festival which pop chievo's! (For those that like such things - like myself)

Can't wait to get started... I love these kinds of events!

Same. I loved lifeday festival in SWG. Escpecially the one where, if you played as Imperial, you had to destroy trees and stamp your feet on presents. If you where PvP enabled you got double the tokens.

I can't wait to login tonight.

More importantly, will the new recipes and motif chapters be sellable, or bind on pickup. If the latter, then it'll take a lot of time due to lousy RNG to actually get them all. If the former, then most people will put this stuff up for 100-200k per piece.

Yep!

It is a witches (Halloween) festival after all!

That was part of the fun of cake week though! People everywhere, cakes "jubilee-ee-ing" all over the place! Tons of people all in every nook and cranny of Tamriel power leveling, chain questing, or just plain goofing, etc.

So much fun!

Can't wait to log in later and get started on my master plan I've been devising over the last week or so!

Gonna quickly get all them motifs and chievo's! hehe
