People can't log in to ESO Xbox na

I have friends messaging me that the haven't been able to log in to eso, also a lot are getting stuck in crash loops again.

✭I'm on currently and have been for thr past 3 hours. I've switched characters several times. Minor load screens once in awhile but no issues yet. Xbox NA as well.1 -

ZOS is just saving your friends from the cancer that we call pvp.
Side note: I know a lot of the upper echelon players in Xbox NA are quitting. Definitely a bad sign for a console version. Usually takes about 6 months for the game to die after that happens.
The only thing keeping ESO alive is the lack of any other MMO's on console.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭They're going to suggest to do a hard reset first. And unplug the Xbox one from the wall socket.
Start up Xbox one and load game. Log in

The population has dropped significantly the past few weeks. Maybe it will increase during the witches festival.
Like i previously stated, if another MMO was available on console, ESO would be in trouble.2
