ZOS, c'mon, 3h running around Reaper's March Delves, Public Dunegons, Overworld Bosses and Dolmens and every single chest or corpse looted with a Senche's Bite and Smuggler's set piece.
The Soulshine I want just seem to not exist. The Treasure hunt passive for Dolmen chests is worthless as the only Soulshine with usable trait I've got, was blue <_<
