I cancelled my sub because of the Crowns issue, at least partly. I had to chase them up for the missing Crowns every month for over a year, even after they supposedly fixed the problem behind it - I eventually got tired of it and made the decision to cancel. Sure, at the time I knew it would mean losing access to the DLCs, but since I rarely went there anyway...
As irony would have it though, within a couple of days of cancelling the sub they backdated my Crowns and gave me 4500, I had 2500 Crowns already, so that gave me 7000 - and the very next day the DLC special offer came up for the 4 DLCs for 5500, so I naturally bought them without actually spending "real" money, lol.
I don't know if backdating the Crowns was an attempt to woo me back, but it backfired since now I own the DLCs, the only thing I'd get out of the sub is a (very sad) 10%XP Boost, the Crafting Bag and Crowns I'd no doubt have to chase up every month... just that for £8 a month? I think not!0 -

Everyone who had not received crowns got this a while ago. They just missed you. It's not to win you back trust me as ppl who sub on Xbox one still don't get crowns until opening a ticket.
