Need help with a zerg kiting build

With all these new sets coming out with Tamriel One (I'm on Ps4 so it's not out quite yet) I've decided to make a new character for the sole purpose of sitting in a zerg and kiting them while being disruptive and supporting my group members. I plan on using two 5 piece sets and a monster helm. Specifically the Pirate Skeleton Monster helm and Vampire Cloak armor (yeaaaaaa 42% damage reduction is right ;) ). I'm hoping those two sets will pair well with a Nord vamp mDK. That leaves room for another 5 piece set (preferably jewelry + s&sh) but I don't know what would be viable.

My ideas so far are either Fasalla's Guile or Trinimacs Valor. I'm not worried about outputting damage as much as I am wanting to be helpful to my group members.

Are there any other supportive sets that I should take a look at that would compliment the build I am aiming for?

If your goal is to be the single most frustrating person to encounter on the battlefield in the middle of 80 people just do what I do.

    - You must use Mist Form. That's the key to everything.
    - Rapid Manuevers is also quite useful.
    - Immovability Potions.
    - Invisibilty potions.
    - Range, range, and more range.

I'm a Magplar so it's not apples to apples but here is my set up. It's pure DPS and I use the stuff above to make up for my 5 light armor set up.

    5 Julianos
    5 Vicious Death
    1 Kena

All infused, all magic or spell power glyphs execpt on my resto staff which I have a shield glyph.

Destro Bar- Breath of Life-Radiant Oppression - Javelin- Inner Light-Structured Entropy- Ice Comet

Resto Bar- BoL, Rapids, Mist, IL, SE, Shatter Soul (basically a double VD proc)

Since you're not a Templar I'll say just replace those skills with your class skills. Also double slotting your main self heal will save you. People do not comprehend this. That 1/10th of a second will save you more times than you can count.

Do all this and you'll kite Zergs all day long from 30 yards out.

Sorc is the best class for kiting imo. Vamp sorc with high regens and low ability costs, potentially using drinks if all you want to do is kite. Then combine boundless storm with streak, ward stacking and maybe mistform and bob's your uncle. With high stam regen as well as mag regen you should be able to intermittently sprint after activating boundless storm giving you lots of speed, but also dodge-roll at opportune moments. Streak into dodge-roll into streak into streak will shake off most gap-closers. High stam regen would also allow you to dark exchange to regain magicka if you had to abuse streak for any length of time. Sorc is the most mobile class and the best equipped for kiting, they usually just lack the sustain to do so if they want to also do damage. But if you're not that interested in doing damage then you can still build an awesome kiter with a sorc.

Sets would probably have to include 5 seducer for the 8% reduced cost, and maybe 5 amberplasm for the mag and stam regen. The final slot could either be filled with 1 bloodspawn for even more stam regen, or 1 kena or 1 vma staff, or that new monster set that gives mag regen for 1 piece etc. Drinks may or may not be necessary depending on how much cost reduction/regen you managed to stack first. CP should be spent in hardy, ele defender and thick skinned with priority over bastion, probs only 20-30cp into bastion and the rest in hardy etc. This is to protect you when you can't spam wards due to gap closer spam or something, and with all that regen your max mag wouldn't be that high anyway; better to try to toughen your wards than make them bigger.

This is what I would do if I just wanted to kite.

Edit: you could even make the 5 seducer heavy armour instead of light to make use of the survivability passives from HA.

This is what I'm kind of looking for lol. However, instead of killing things I just want to frustrate them with not dying lol.
