Player Housing/Guild Housing Question for ZOS

We know we are getting player housing and HUZZAH for that! But you have not yet told us if we'll also be getting specific guild housing. Will we? If the answer is no then I have some questions about player housing.
1. Will we be able to set our personal houses to "open" for our guilds (and to choose only one or any combination of guilds)? So that our guildies can visit the house we designate as "open" to them even if we are offline?
2. Will we be able to set our house as "open" to specific players we designate so that they can enter the house even if we are not online?

There is a pinned thread at the top call ESO Live ask us anything. Great place for your questions. It's doubtful the Devs will provide any information that have not already released until they are ready.
And for sharing a home, we should, I meant the ability should be in the game to give "keys" to friends amd hopefully at certain levels. Top level would permit the friend to invite others.0 -
