Issues recharging weapon enchants?

Is anyone else unable to recharge their weapons using lesser soul gems? I have plenty in my inventory, and the weapon I'm trying to recharge is less than the max level of the soul gem, and yet it will only give me the option to use my grand soul gems. Any fix for this or have I missed a change in how soul gems work?

✭✭✭✭✭It was a change with One TamrielSoul gem usage has been simplified.
Players of all levels will receive and fill Grand Soul Gems, which can be used to revive players of any level, as well as to refill enchantments.
Non-grand Soul Gems no longer fill these roles, and may be sold to vendors.
