Took me too long to pick good category in bug report so instead decided to write it here.

Just finished normal Volenfell (version I) and was awarded achievement 'They were just rusty' for completing veteran Volenfell with scroll of hard mode. Didnt happen in few other dungeons I did, only in this one (but i havent done all of them yet since patch).

    I got awarded that one on veteran, despite the fact we haven't read the scroll. We only realized that when Glirion was a bit disappointing and only awarded me one key - reset the pledge and did it again. I've also noticed that some veteran dungeon achievements were under the public dungeon tab - I haven't checked that after the patch to see if it was corrected.

    Maybe not related at all, but given the new bug with difficulty of normal dungeons, this maybe related (or not at all). Since all enemies in normal are much harder than they used to (dealing even more damage than veteran counterparts) it literally feels like some sort of hard mode is activated. Cannot confirm it, since when I run that volenfell dungeon I havent been hit once (I skipped all trash and dodged everything bosses did)
