Its an eye opener for those that believe algorithms generate true RNG and arent familiar with the seed concept.
Just thought I would park it here, should anyone want to look deeper into the issues in the game.

Nothing is truly random in computer programming. Random must be "defined".

The reality is items, sets, and traits are all weighted on a scale(ZOS probably won't reveal) and what you receive is based on that rotating weighted scale that is probably based in quite a few factors. This is just the very basics lots of diff ways this could be implemented of course.

Sorcerer's - The ONLY class in the game that is punished for using its class defining skill (Bolt Escape)

"Here in his shrine, that they have forgotten. Here do we toil, that we might remember. By night we reclaim, what by day was stolen. Far from ourselves, he grows ever near to us. Our eyes once were blinded, now through him do we see. Our hands once were idle, now through them does he speak. And when the world shall listen, and when the world shall see, and when the world remembers, that world will cease to be. - Miraak
