Thx zose for all the maintenances so far, i own 610 days of eso plus membership, means im a loyal player to you, but u just throw maintenances and downtimes in our faces, giving us no information whatsoever or ETA's or updates meanwhile, nor we get some refund in a matter of crowns, calculated per x hours maintenanced into money we've payed for eso+ hours....
dont expect players like us to stay this loyal to your trashing way of communicating and performing these "hotfixes".

So 12.00 + 3hours = 15.00.
And remember it's just an estimate

Actually I'm not "Murikan" as you so charmingly put it, it even says EU in my signatures. I am British, as signified by the amount of tea that I consume in a day. I put it in dollars as ZOS is an American company, so I generally put things in dollar value,
May I enquire as to why you feel entitled? Now, this is a service like any other. That we can agree on. However, when hosting a very large and persistently online product, things don't always go according to plan. Things can go awry. Technology is a harsh mistress.
I personally am losing no time as I work daytimes. Now, of course, not everyone works daytimes. This again we can agree on, however I sincerely doubt there's any sort of maintenance schedule that they could come up with that would appease every player. Let us not forget Australian and Oceanic and Japanese players too.

I guess maybe for them since they arent use to moving that fast. But in every mmo I have ever played a hotfix either happened to the live server, or was basically a server reboot.
This is maintence not a hotfix! They are lying to us and stealing our monies! Fight the power!1 -

I agree that there are more players then just European effected by this and i feel for them as much as for myself,

I do think that in the launcher they should have a small bubble with the maintenance as often (as what happened with me) you check the maintenance banner beginning of the week and then don't notice when they change it again.

Same, I'm at work.
So it doesn't bother me either but it clearly bothers some people and I think they are right to be annoyed at the amount of downtime this game seems to have lately, every other downtime seems to need yet more downtime later in the week and you know what? Performance still sucks in PVP.
