Anyone know why when I'm doing something whether it be pvp or pve I randomly get dashboarded?

I to have this problem, but i think its xbox not zos. I notice with any game if i dont go to the dashboard and refresh my feeds i will start lagging and eventually get dashboarded. Ive submitted reports but of course the problem still exists.0 -
