I have made posts about this before on Reddit and on these forums, and everyone seems to agree with me; add bound weapons to the game, like a magicka/spell power based sword, shield, etc. Melee magicka weapons are needed in ESO for balancing, and I think that this would be a lore friendly way to do it.
