I like where they are going with scaled zones, so I will be returning to ESO for a bit and seeing how things have changed. I first played with the preorder 5 day early access. After some time I took a break and returned just before the launch of Imperial City. I am wondering how PvP is, has it changed, and what faction is dominate? I recall hating the PvP and ESO, and I would like to avoid it or plan for it on my new character. I used to play on EP but might go AD this time for my new Dark Elf character. Perhaps finding a good guild would make my game play more enjoyable than last time, not sure lol.

TL:DR how is PvP and what faction is currently dominate? Been awhile since I played and will likely start over, keeping my main (was VR8) character as my crafting mule.

Shortly after the launch of ESO, my old computer decided to die and I couldn't play any games for a good six months. It more or less cured my addiction. I had tried off and on to get back into it but haven't really been that successful. Until now. It seems that with One Tamriel I feel like I truly can play the game at my own pace and in my own way.

I created a character I like, I'm enjoying my class and I'm just running around doing whatever I feel like because I can.

Which faction dominates in PvP depends on the campaign.

    Welcome back :)
    One Tamriel update is great!
There is no more alliance & level restrictions.
Everything is scaled to your character.
Grinding materials is much easier(all crafting nodes are scaled to your crafting level and you can find end game rubedite, ancestor silk and more in the previous starting zones, like Auridon).
I sometimes feel like I swim in a sea of rubedite

The PVP aspect of the game has improved:
    1. There is much less lag.
    2. A lot of exploitable bugs have been fixed.
    3. There are towns that can be captured, like Bruma.
    4. New dueling feature is enabled in all pve zones, except Cyrodiil - you can also duel members of same alliance.
    5. Many new item sets and some new abilities have been introduced in One Tamriel, builds are more unique.

The dominate alliance in PC EU is mostly Aldmeri Dominion(Trueflame Campaign).
I heard that it's same on PC NA, but I'm not sure.

    Best of luck :)

That is what I like to hear. I have a full time job and a hobby side business but games like ESO and other TES games are fun for me to play on days I relax, so I think this might be a good time for me to return. I do not like PvP in this game but I will play a Dark Ranger style stamina build for my new Nightblade and I will need Vigor for heals on a bow / DW build lol.
