I think he means more on the lines of Noob Tuber, or in ESO's case facing the common Noob-Proc'er.

I love this game. Nothing better then bringing my 29k health 29k resistance Templar to the fight to get hit by the 2H ulti for 70% of my health bar so I can be instantly killed by a 6k helmet proc.

Yesterda my sorc get hit by a stamina nb: he was almost down when I got killed in not time: selene proc + viper proc + red mountain proc...GG Wrobel: I never belive they could put a *** like you in charge.

This is getting ridiculous, with these crazy stamina proc sets wearing heavy armor. My magblade just doesn't feel competitive anymore (tear) I can't even enjoy dueling. ZoS do something about this cheese

magblade is probably the best suited magika class for duels if you have necropotence. The skillgap to be good a duels with magblade is higher than with other classes, but trust me, in 1v1 a well built magblade is extremely dangerous. It probably have the highest single target burst combo of the game.

Watch blobs (PC EU), he rekt all the stam builds with his magblade.

You still shouldn't be one shotted just cause your shields are down for a second. I got hit by a dizzying swing by a stam sorc and I was killed by the reverse slice but my death recap had viper and hoarver explosion. It ridiculous at least give me a chance to beat this guy with some skill

He won't rek them so easily this patch, not to mention the last time I saw Blobs, he was running a StamBlade.
