Magika and stamina drain while in Cyro

Hello, it's me or there is an high magika and stamina drain while in Cyrodiil? When I play duels in pve I have no issue.. When I play pvp in Cyrodiil my magika goes down as hell. Others NB from my guild have the same problem.

skvll✭✭Poisons stands for few seconds... We got this issue always while in combat or moving. Anyway, we stopped our raids since a ridicolo us situation about groups leaving since a week, I'll check it later as soon as possible. Unbelievable how Zos doesn't care about pvp since this issue doesn't afflict pve too. I seen all megaservers shutting down for an issue regarding a crafting rewards... And now?
