✭Was part of a group of six players I was not in group with them we just happened to be in town together. A magic Templar with unholy fighting power took on my guy DK tank and two other magic DKs then a Nightblade showed up then two more Nightblades. This guy killed left and right. I did my best to Pop Igneous Shield Vigor. I lived the whole fight cause I'm a pure tank with debuffs.
This guy killed everyone around me at lease three times. That mix of Tank and Nuke should not be possible he purged my every debuff, was able to CC break every five seconds cause I don't let up the CCs in this 8 minute fight (three songs length so I'm guess). Healing, Damage and resistance debuffs put on and taken off. It was unreal to see two Viper Blades tag team burst and nothing happen.
Egg brother was a vamp Argonian so kinda min/max race for a Tanky Templar at lease but damn. No debuff was down for more then two seconds tops unlimited stamina and I'm 90% sure he used the Mist Form big where you can attack but still get the 75% damage reduction and keep your regeneration. Say what you will about Nightblade glass canons when you can hit them we fold that guy was just damn.Chaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer

With Plague Doctor and the right race (Nord, Argonian or Imperial) you could get tons of health (around 70k, I believe), so why not using the Thews of the Harbinger set? I'm assuming the focus on heavy armor is for PvP surviveability, but that might not work out well if people start using the new 2H sword ultimate on you. So... 5 pieces light for extra spell penetration might be worthwhile again - or is that still only for PvE?0 -

Kagernac's for regen, mana, health and the resurrection AND SP bonus. Julianos is only decent if you have a crit build (Sorc). 1200 crit is only like 5%ish, more in divines, but still nothing amazing unless you're stacking it with TBS and passives/CP. I had like a billion mats and gold tempers saved up and I pissed around with crafted set combos for all my toons. I definitely prefer Kag's for Templars, Juliano's for Sorcerers.
These new sets are kinda fun, though. The Plague Doctor builds sound like a hoot! I'll probably do a Rattlecage/Kag/Malubeth on my Temp tank though. Pretty similar to what he's already running.0 -
