User.txt rewritten by launcher LUA mem 64 too small.

The 'lua memory size' variable in user.txt is rewritten to 64 by launcher at every start. UI Error every login and possible addon errors. I have 16GB RAM and have been using lua memory size "512" to avoid this UI error for a long time.

Hookgrin✭✭✭My wife has this problem, also serious UI type stuttering. I have her edit her settings file to increase the lua memory, but it keeps changing back to 64, even during play. In fact, she can open Windows Explorer and watch the settings file's modify time change, sometimes within seconds after editing it, reopen the file and it is back to 64.0
