Incorrect Merchant prices

I was buying Soulgems the other night and the merchant had filled listed for 50gp and empty listed for 5gp. So I purchased a filled and paid 500gp. The empty cost 50gp.
I checked some other merchants and they all seem to have incorrect pricing listed for their gems and potions.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm not prejudiced; I hate everyone equally !
