Is it best to save up enlightenment then grind or is it better to grind right away as soon as you have enlightenment?

If you're going to straight up grind mobs, saving some days' worth of Enlightenment would probably be better.

Depends really on how much XP you think you might gain, and how often you play. Enlightenment stacks up to 12 days (4,800,000 XP), with 400,000 XP being added daily to the Enlightenment pool.
