PTS key for console users

I know that Microsoft and Sony are making it virtually impossible for console to get a PTS, but that's not what this is about. I was curious if there was a possibility for console users to receive a key so that we may have access to the PTS client on PC.
This would greatly increase the amount of players testing on the PTS and we would more quickly and reliably identify bugs.

I have heard steam is having a sale on the game so maybe get a cheap PC copy of the game for next time. Zos doesn't need to go through the extra effort and resources setting up and managing a system for the keys you suggest.0 -

Someone will come along and say "just buy the game again." And that is a valid point.
Someone else will come along and say "why can't it be like a digital music purchase, able to be played on whichever platform the customer chooses?" And that is also a valid point.
Zos already has the function of linking the forum account to the console identity. I don't see why there couldn't be a mirroring/linking of the console identity to a pc access account. They already know the console people are purchasers of the game - which these days is no longer "purchasing the game" but is now a purchasing of a limited temporary license to play the game... Revocable upon violation of the terms and conditions... Non transferable... And so on.Xbox NA0 -

Although, some YT and Streamers do show us testing it's almost never from a console POV. Would love to either have access or watch someone on PTS with console in mind (like when we got text chat, SCT, etc).
