staff of Fulmination, dual effect enchant??

Just picked this up, part of the Destruction Suite set (nothing amazing for a DPS, just resistance!?)

But the enchant is kinda funny, its states it will do XXXX Shock damage and 'increase power by xxxx"

Not seen a dual effect Enchant before, is that right? Spell Power boost and Elemental enchant. Its sharp so Might tide me over till I get a Maelstorm staff if so.

It's always done this. Just never was Cp160

Let's not nerf this set just yet! There might be some use to be had from using this staff!

Happy days!! Well on my other staff I had a power glyph, and was toying with swapping for a shock glyph so this has hooked me right up!!

Is there an inferno version?

I don't think so. It's one of a kind! Definitely something worth considering over a Maelstrom staff if not utilizing the WoE buff enchant.

Now that people actually know to look for unique items (most got vendored these last couple years) you'll notice dual enchants. I am not at all happy that the old rewards for the worthy sets that had special enchants got nerfed.

I've mentioned this several times on the forums but I seem to recall most dual enchants being on "unique" items from Cyrodiil pve delves.

The "unique" part is that although most (not all) are just typical motifs they had a color scheme that didn't used to exist otherwise prior to the dying system.

Oddly, and much to my surprise, the Volar's crescent dagger (totally unique motif) and the Volar staff are not included in the new "unique drops get a Set bonus" scheme.

I didnt know that @runagate, thats cool I hope they do keep these items and scale them up to 160 also!

I'm actually quite good at hunting for things but I guess you dont know what you dont know! Dual effect enchant was one of those! Oh and i'm console, just happened to get this drop in a Dungeon last night.

To be honnest I really wasnt sure about OneT I felt it was just dumbing down the game. However it kinda clicked with me this week that it gives people / groups etc reasons to go to all zones for the farming sets for mates etc. Really i've done a bit in Cadwell's Silver / Gold but never explored with Guild Mates beyond the dungeon.

I kinda like the diversity, right now all that's really famred is Monster Helms / Trials gear and MSA / Master weopons, acutally having people hunt for other kit it cool I think.

I'm waffling well off topic now but ta for the info guys and cool things like this exist! i prefer Inferno as i'm Dunmer etc but i'l going to rock this for a while out of principle

I love Volar's weapons!

And ESO's version of the Crescent blade is beautiful. Id almost be willing to dual wield them CP160 and upgrade to Gold despite losing out on stats.

Is this on PC with 1 Tamriel?
If so, it gives me hope that the Relics of the Physician set have also scaled to CP160, which would be amazing if it's true

It's crazy but I've tried and tried and almost never completed a "weapons and jewelry from group dungeons" sets. I have 2 of 3 many of them. Levin's Master Ring? Got that. Some of them, such as the resistance bonus mentioned by the OP, are freaking terrible. The penetration one, though, could be interesting. White Bow of Alinor. I have a couple of them, but only one piece of jewelry.

Most people vendor them without noticing them.
