I honestly don't think so, I used to use Steam a while ago, and that's a standard message sent to the email registered to the account upon logging in. If you have never used Steam maybe creating a Steam support account(which was a separate account from what I remember) and see what they can do may be beneficial, perhaps someone might be trying to target you(although I don't know why), or perhaps someone just used the wrong email that may be similar in spelling to yours. What really has me on this is the fact he/she has the same GT as their name on Steam, Unless you happen to be a popular You-tuber/streamer maybe some fan didn't like something you said or the video or something and is targeting you. I honestly don't know, it could all just be some suspicious misunderstanding or nothing malicious at all, I still recommend contacting Steam Support even though you don't technically have an account and possibly see if they can investigate. This is probably one of the most interesting security thing's I have seen or read about, I kind of study and learn solutions to security things after having two attempted phishing attempts on me on Steam I might add. I really wouldn't be worried since you haven't had an account on their website, I would just investigate the fact it seems suspicious that he or she is using similar information to you. Also as a necessary precaution just in case it escalates perhaps you should enable security features such as "Two-Way Verification" on any account you have that supports it.
