hmm...craftable furniture... how will that impact on crafting materials? Right now you won't get any low tier mats any more (just with writs, and you have rely on RNGeesus)....
Will we all have Ruby ash beds? Rubedite Kitchens?
I guess a lot of material will be consumed...

One question - if other players can see and go to the other player's houses... how and where will they put hundreds and hundreds of houses?! I hope there won't be fights over the properties, who got there first etc. Tamriel is big, but...

I'd assume it will be handled like in EQ2, i.e. a house is an instance and you can select which one you enter (provided you have permission to enter in case of other people's homes).

- would furniture be as the smart objects? I mean, can we use chair to sit down, or we should using only /sitchair command
- would be furniture as additional bag/bank/new space, and can we put items in the wardrobe, or chest
- would be trophies as the decoration items in the house, or not?

If you ever get tired of watching Best In Slot or Skill Rotation videos and just want to watch an overview to things in the game and the reactions to them by someone who really seems to love the game, then check out her YouTube videos. I'll take that bet, @ZOS_RichLambert . It's been one day and I'm already dreaming about testing this on the PTS.

In my dream, the small, medium and large houses were 20, 40, and 1,000 gold on the PTS. Of course you had to complete the introduction quest before you could buy them, and unfortunately for me I only had a few minutes to look around because I was late to catch a plane on a long trip that would take me away from my computer. I think my brain hates me.

On my phone, UrQuan has no stars. On my iPad, they have a constellation, and not one of those wimpy little ones either.

Take that whoever told me furniture crafting would be stupid! Furniture crafting was the feature I hoped for the most.
